How do staff access the survey?
Passwords are required to access the survey system. An initial password is allocated to a nominated representative of each service. This representative is provided with Administrator access. Users who have Administrator access to the tool are able to provide other users in their service access to the system (including passwords and logon IDs).
To gain access to the system, contact the responsible person in your service to create you as a user on the system. If you do not know who this person is or they have left your service, please contact the ORIMA Research at [email protected].
Forgotten passwords
If you have forgotten your password, you can use the 'Forgotten Password' button on the logon page to get a new password emailed to your registered email address.
