Thank you for participating in this survey.

The survey is being conducted by ORIMA Research, an independent social research company, on behalf of the Victorian Government Purchasing Board (VGPB). The purpose of the survey is to help the State Government and Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning better understand the performance of its procurement function and identify areas for improvement. Your feedback will form part of the VGPB's annual measurement of supplier satisfaction with government agencies' procurement processes.

The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete.

Participation in the survey is voluntary and the information and feedback you provide will be treated as private and confidential. No individual will be able to be identified from the research results.

If you responded to multiple invitations to supply goods or services across government, you may receive (and complete) more than one survey invitation.

In this survey, we will be referring to the term 'Invitation to supply', which is the process of inviting offers to supply goods and/ or services. This process covers both the request for quotation and request for tender process.

Please note that this survey is not the designated channel to lodge complaints about the procurement process. If you would like to make a complaint, please lodge your complaint directly with Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning.
